"Select your items online and they deliver right to your car—super simple!"
They delivered my order straight to my car. The staff member who took my call was spot on with my order details. Everything was prepared quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I faced no issues while placing my order. It got shipped out super fast to my PO Box, which is something Amazon sellers usually don’t do for this item. The packaging was done with care to prevent any leaks, and there was a lovely handwritten note with illustrations that really brightened my day :) Overall, it was a wonderful experience shopping online with them, and I appreciated being able to support a local seller.

My grandma recently asked me to help with her garden and mentioned that I needed to pick up some supplies. Eventually, I stumbled upon this one and inquired with customer service about whether they had the plants I was looking for. Luckily, they had what I needed, so I asked for all the details regarding the delivery. I received my plants in just about a week and got everything sorted out to assist my grandma. Fantastic customer support!

"Outstanding Service from Tyler and the Hilo Grow Shop Crew"
Tyler and the Hilo Grow Shop crew were super quick to respond and managed to get my order shipped all the way to Palau. My husband discovered some cool decals included with my package (so awesome) along with a sweet personalized note, which was a really nice touch.
